高強度石膏的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢有哪些?

高強度石膏消費技術(shù),主要技術(shù)優(yōu)勢有以下8個方面:
The main technical advantages of high strength gypsum consumption technology are as follows:
(1)工藝簡單,轉(zhuǎn)晶、枯燥一次性完成,磨粉后即為產(chǎn)品。

(2)原料來源普遍,能夠運用磷石膏,也能夠運用脫硫石膏等其它工業(yè)副產(chǎn)石膏,也能夠運用陶瓷廢模、或其它石膏,當(dāng)然也能夠運用自然石膏。

干法工藝過程非常簡單、緊湊,消費各環(huán)節(jié)全部為機械化、自動化作業(yè),勞動強度低、用工量少,產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定、牢靠;但產(chǎn)質(zhì)量量能夠自在的控制在α30~α50之間;較好的原料,也能夠到達α60以上,完整滿足a型高強石膏規(guī)范JC/T2038-2010,和陶瓷模用石膏規(guī)范QB1639-92的技術(shù)請求。

特別值得稱道的是:在干法消費高強度石膏的過程中,能夠依據(jù)不同廠家的詳細請求,在消費過程中自在的調(diào)整石膏制品的技術(shù)指標(biāo),而不需求再經(jīng)過后續(xù)分配過程,也不需求化學(xué)添加劑,是目前消費高強度石膏投資省、本錢低、質(zhì)量容易控制的新工藝。

應(yīng)該闡明的是,工業(yè)副產(chǎn)石膏大都存在雜質(zhì)超標(biāo)的問題,為此,工業(yè)副產(chǎn)石膏原料應(yīng)該先行無害化處置,使之到達干凈化產(chǎn)品消費的請求,目前干凈化處置工業(yè)副產(chǎn)石膏的技術(shù)曾經(jīng)成熟,能夠范圍化施行工業(yè)消費,干法消費高強度石膏技術(shù)與原料的干凈化處置技術(shù)相分離,就能夠徹底處理工業(yè)副產(chǎn)石膏污染的社會難題,真正完成化害為利、變廢為寶的愿望。
